Ryan Kahn, ChFC is Managing Partner at Dyad Capital, where he leads investment architecture and client portfolio strategy within the firm’s research-driven advisory platform. His work focuses on translating institutional-grade research frameworks into actionable, long-term portfolio design for clients across private wealth and institutional channels. Prior to Dyad, Ryan held investment and advisory roles at Thornburg Investment Management, Morgan Stanley, and Raymond James. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.

Quinn Kahn is Managing Partner at Dyad Capital, overseeing research systems, operational infrastructure, and the firm’s internal “lab” framework for investment development. He leads the integration of data, portfolio engineering, and advisory operations, building scalable processes that support Dyad’s research-first approach to wealth and institutional management. Prior to Dyad, Quinn worked in investment roles at Thornburg Investment Management, UBS, and Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Mexico.
